AFTERNOON.  STEEP LOW-MID LEVEL LAPSE RATES AND FOCUSED MASS FIELDS

SUGGEST AIRMASS WILL BECOME STRONGLY UNSTABLE AND HIGHLY SUPPORTIVE
OF LARGE HAIL WITH ANY SUPERCELLS THAT DEVELOP.  ALTHOUGH HAIL WILL
