MAJOR WINTER STRM WILL CNTINU TODAY AND TONIGHT
.A FRONT WILL REMAIN NRLY STATIONARY OVER THE OH VALLEY THROUGH
TONIGHT. SEVERAL WAVES OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE SLOWLY NE
ALONG THIS FRONT BRINGING PERIODS OF FREEZING RAIN SLEET AND SNOW
TO THE LWR GREAT LKS REGION. THE STRNGEST WAVE WILL DVLP
LATER TODAY AND MOVE THROUGH S IN AND INTO OH TONIGHT.
BTWN EACH LOW PRESSURE WAVE LULLS IN THE PRECIPITATION CAN BE
EXP ESPECIALLY THIS MORNING.
WHERE THE PRECIPITATION FALLS MAINLY AS FREEZING RAIN DMGG ICE
ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE HALF INCH OR MORE IS EXP. WHERE THE
PRECIPITATION IS MAINLY SNOW 6 TO 10 INCHES WILL BE PSBL.
TRAVEL WILL BECOME DIFFICULT TODAY AND ESPECIALLY TONIGHT AND SHOULD
BE AVOIDED. IF YOU MUST TRAVEL USE EXTREME CAUTION AND BE PREPARED
FOR VERY ICY AND DNGRS ROAD CONDITIONS. ALSO BE PREPARED FOR
