 MAJOR WINTER STRM WILL BRING SNOW AND ICE TO THE REGION 

.A FRONT WILL REMAIN NRLY STATIONARY OVER THE OH VALLEY THROUGH 
WEDNESDAY NIGHT. A WAVE OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE SLOWLY NE 
ALONG THIS FRONT AND PRDCE WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION ACRS THE 
REGION TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT. A STRNG ARCTIC HIGH 
PRESSURE SYSTEM BUILDING INTO THE N GREAT LKS WILL CAUSE
COLDER AIR TO MOVE INTO THE REGION OVERNIGHT. THIS WILL SET THE STAGE
FOR A MAJOR WINTER STRM WITH MIX OF SNOW SLEET AND FREEZING
RAIN. WHERE THE PRECIPITATION FALLS MAINLY AS FREEZING RAIN DMGG
ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE HALF INCH OR MORE IS LIKELY.

POWERLNS AND SOME POWER OUTAGES.
