HVY SNOW AFTER MIDNIGHT AND LASTING THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING 
BEFORE DIMINISHING TO LIGHT SNOW IN THE PM. IN
ADDITION WINDS WILL RPDLY INCRS LATE TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY
MORNING WITH WIDESPREAD BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. THE WINDS COMBINED
WITH THE EXISTING SNOWFALL FROM THIS PAST WEEK AND A PTNTL FOR 6
OR MORE INCHES WITH THIS WINTER STRM WILL LEAD TO EXTREMELY

IN THE PM.  STRM TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 8 TO 10 INCHES ARE
